Welcome
To Scott Pursell Racing

HAPPY
NEW YEAR TO ALL
Congratulations
to Mark and Angie
Its
been a long time (what seems like forever) but Scott Pursell
and the Advanced Autosports team are looking forward to the
2010 season. Due to a hard crash and an injury
sustained at Grandview Speedway last season, Scott and the 36
Team was sidelined for the remaining season.
In
2010 Scott will be driving his own orange #1 with help from
United Racing Club sprint car owner Bruce Engler and his crew
chief Brian Thomas. Jon, Bill and Dawn (with guest
appearances from the Sprint Ninja) will also be back to help
Scott in his winning ways. Scott's team is ready for
action with a new car and motor (thanks to Bitner
Automotive). Scott will also have a backup car at his
disposal.
Pursell, now in his 33nd
year of racing, has notched six stock car championships and
captured 20 career wins in sportsman, small block modified and
sprint car competition. He has been campaigning since
1998 with URC, garnering six feature wins and finishing in the
top ten in URC points seven times.
Pursell will be bringing
back his sponsors
to the #1 team, including primary sponsors Mavrode
Farms and Champion Tire in Ringoes, NJ; Advanced
Billiards of Milford, NJ; major sponsors Homestead
Coffee Roasters out of Upper Black Eddy, PA; Bitner
Automotive in Trenton, NJ; Anthony Danzo, Esq. in
Frenchtown, NJ; BJ Novelty Screen Printing in Milford,
NJ; C&B Mushroom of Avondale, PA; The Audi
Shop of Wilmington, DE; and Leadfoot Performance in
Riegelsville, PA. Product sponsors include Wilwood,
K&N, Behrent’s, Jaz, Blakemore Crankshafts,
Fastener Specialties, AmSoil, Frankland, French Grimes
Race Systems, ISC Racer’s Tape, Hank’s Performance,
and Robison Racing Products, XODE Manufacturing. Pursell’s Advanced
Autosports #1 will still be available as a backup car.
